Download Template

Get the Excel template with correct column headers

Fill Credentials

Add Name, Username, Password and Config ID per row

③

Upload File

Select your filled .xlsx and choose a default config

Passwords Encrypted

All passwords are AES-256 encrypted automatically on import

Used if Excel row doesn't specify a Config ID

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Each password is encrypted with AES-256 using your application's encryption key immediately on import. The original Excel file is not retained by the server.

Expected Excel Columns

Column header names are case-insensitive. Blank rows are skipped automatically. Duplicate username + config combinations are rejected with an error.
